A4: 30%T/T as deposit, and the balance should be paid before loading.

A5: The current temperature range of our products is: -22°C~+10°C (-7.6°F~50°F).
Q6. How can our products be charged to work?

(1) Our FC series (refrigerator without battery) can be charged via DC line, AC line, and external battery pack.
(2) Our FCR series (refrigerator with built-in battery) can be charged by DC line, AC line, built-in battery and solar energy.
Q7. How can we guarantee quality?

(1) Test and improve the function of the sample before mass production;
(2) Process dropping test, anti-vibration test, product life-span before shipment;
(3) 1 years warranty for maintenance.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A8: Sample is available for testing, but shipping cost is on buyer’s account.
Q9. Time of Delivery.
A9: 2~3 days for sample, 30~40 days for mass production.
Q10. Can all of your products be shipped by international courier? How about the cost?
A10: All of our products can arrange shipping by air. The air shipping cost depend on the destinations.
